How did you hear about teamLUST, and what made you consider applying?
I'm a guy

Will you be able to maintain 90% attendance?
What, if any, conflicts do you anticipate with this schedule?
Yes, unless work once in a blue moon requires me to stay

Describe your overall guild history from what you remember, starting when you began raiding. What experiences did you enjoy? Why did you leave or why were you removed from previous guilds? What did you learn? Be honest:
I will start off by saying that every guild I've ever been in, since my first one, <SIZE IS EVERYTHING> in BC, has been an extremely enjoyable experience and I remained good friends with a couple people in every guild and got along with everyone in every guild I've been in. I stuck with every guild until it died due to lack of progression, I may have taken some small breaks but I never left to find a better guild except for one time where it did end up becoming out of control for me. I mostly enjoy doing things outside of raid, be it flex runs, CM runs, legacy raids, etc etc, I think it creates a good atmosphere for the guild to have people in VOIP doing stuff together or just talking because you get to know each other better and the better you know the players on your raid team, the better the raid team is. Here are the reasons why I left every guild from the start of my WoW history.

<SIZE IS EVERYTHING> - BC (Kara-TK/SSC) - we cleared everything up to Kael'thas (including Vashj) while it was current content, but our tank ended up dying to a flamestrike on Kael in phase 5 and everyone left right after and so that died in a very awkward way.

<Redspyne> - BC (TK--Sunwell) - I cleared Kael'thas the week after I left <SIE> with <Redspyne> for their first kill, where we then immediately went into Hyjal and Black Temple, clearing both (fairly easily I might add) and then moved to Sunwell when that launched, eventually dying after a 3% wipe on Kalecgos. I then took a break and formed my own guild, <Twilight Vagabonds> (with members of Redspyne and SIE) in preparation for Wrath of the Lich King.

<Twilight Vagabonds> - WoTLK (Naxx-ToGC) - My guild ended up being a huge success, we cleared Sarth 25+3D and most Naxx achieves as well as almost coming close to the timed Malygos kill. We went into Ulduar with a strong raid team clearing Yogg 25 and then moving to hard modes. We ended up clearing up to Mimiron on 25 Hard Mode before ToGC launched, but cleared all hard modes (including Algalon) on 10 man before ToGC launch. In ToGC we cleared normal easily (as everyone else did) but struggled on Heroic Faction Champions but eventually got it down after a month, easily killed Valk'kyrs, and then beat our faces to death on Anub'arak until we disbanded due to no progression. I then joined <Ominous Latin Noun> at the end of that tier to prepare for ICC.

<Ominous Latin Noun> - WoTLK/Cata (ICC-Dragon Soul) - I remained with OLN where we killed H LK 25 with 20% buff, moved on to BWD where we cleared 6/6 Heroic 25, BoT 3/5 25H, and ToT4W 1/2 H 25 before Firelands came out. In Firelands I don't even remember what I did truthfully because I hated that raid with a furious passion, but I know that I cleared as many heroics as I could with <OLN> before Dragon Soul launched (I believe we got up to Rag, but I'm not 100% sure). Dragon Soul then launched and we cleared normal extremely quickly but we struggled in Heroics when we got to Ultraxion (we started getting mediocre players and not the players we had in ICC) and eventually those players caused me to leave during Spine progression because it was constant yelling, stupidity, and non-important things being discussed MID-FIGHT every attempt. I moved to <Shining Force> to end Cata and begin WoD with.

<Shining Force> - Cata/MoP (DragonSoul-ToT) - In Shining Force we cleared Madness and Spine and prepared ourselves for MoP. I had to take a break when MoP launched because my school net was being upgraded that year so we had no internet until ToT came out. I began ToT with Horridon progression, we would eventually get to Iron Qon I believe before our upper management (Shining Force was a multi-platform guild) decided to do some funky things behind the curtain and all of our members except for 1 (I would rather not name that person) quit and we formed <Deviant>.

<Deviant> - MoP (ToT/SoO) - With new leadership, we cleared Lei Shen the week before SoO launched but someone sold our lockout that night so we could not kill Ra-den. Siege Launched and we would eventually clear up to Siegecrafter before lack of progression dwindled us down to nothing.

More about you

What motivates you to raid in a heroic progression guild such as ours? In what way do you picture yourself standing out from other applicants? Why should we want you in our raid?
What motivates me to be in a heroic progression guild is the thrill of the heroic kill. Nothing feels better than progressing on something and eventually overcoming the challenge and being awarded with the status of being one more heroic boss further than last night. I stand out from other raiders because I have a looong history of raiding/hard mode raiding that not a whole lot of people share anymore, I also have lead/helped lead several other guilds so I know the type of attitude that a guild wants in a raider. I like to spend my free time researching strats, reading about, and watching videos of new Boss strategies etc because I hate coming into encounters unprepared, when I used to lead that was probably my biggest pet peeve.

What would you consider to be your best and worst qualities? Try not to mention things already in this application:
My best qualities I would say are the fact that I come prepared to everything I do, I am ALWAYS quiet during a pull (another one of my pet peeves), and my personality as well as my availability. My worst qualities would probably be that I sometimes get into it too much, I don't respond well to things like dying to Iron Star more than 3 times a night, it's really not acceptable due to how easy it is to prevent it.

Other than through in-game sources such as battletag, what other means do we have to contact you? The next step in a quality application is scheduling a Teamspeak 3 interview. It would be helpful and less time consuming if we had other methods of contact:
, my phone number I could PM to an officer as well if needed.

Do you have any questions or final comments for us?
I wanted to give a big thank you to all of you who read my app, after leading/taking leadership roles in many guilds I know that applications can take up a lot of time and it's a very tedius process and every guild that manages to do it correctly deserves a thank you from their raiders/applicants. I hope to be an addition to your stellar raid team and hope that this is my home for Warlords.
