Age: 27
Location and Timezone: Pennsylvania
Tell us about yourself outside of the game. What are your other interests? Outside of the game my interest include statistics and analyzes. I also am somewhat of a gym rat, going to the gym regularly. Outside of that I tend to watch movies and twitch streams.

Character Information

Character Name: Ezake
Battletag: Ezkya#1370
Working Armory Link:
Class and Specialization: Resto Shaman (Can play Multiple Healing Classes)
Do you have any relevant alts or previous mains we should know about? At the start of the tier my main was a Holy Priest with a second main of Mistweaver Monk with DNOgaming. When the main Resto Druid in DNOgaming went to Easy, I was asked to make my Resto Druid my secondary Main.
Provide a screenshot in an active combat situation, preferably a raid:
Include relevant Warcraft Log parses: During progression with DNOgaming all logs where private as we where in the US top 10. Currently only have on Mythic Log for my shaman in which I was 15 Ilvls below the other healers and we were 6 healing as 1-2 orbs were getting through per a side swap.

How did you hear about teamLUST, and what made you consider applying? WowProgress, Currently looking to transfer to Mal'Ganis as several friends are on the server, but raid much more hours than I am willing to raid.
Will you be able to maintain 90% attendance? Absolutely
What, if any, conflicts do you anticipate with this schedule? Currently there would be no conflicts, If anything were to occur, I would provide an ample notice.
Describe your overall guild history from what you remember, starting when you began raiding. Why did you leave or why were you removed from previous guilds? I started raiding in WotLk at a high level. I was able to obtain Server First Yogg 0, Server First Lich King, and was first to down Ruby Sanctum. During Dragon Soul I was with Accession shortly after the finished the tier before joining a friend to help with Spine and Madness prior to Cataclysm coming out. At the start of MoP, I was offered several trials and decided to join Midnight Sanctuary due to being available late at night. Finished several tiers in the US Top 40. During PTR for ToT, I spent most of my raid testing with Vigil and ended up joining them for progression. Due to restructure at work, my hours of availability shifted, as a result I rejoined Midnight Sanctuary. I then raided with Huge in Japan for a short period of time before going more casual with Lusting on Trash. Prior to HFC I moved, resulting in me taking an extended break from WoW, until the release of Legion. I started legion about a month after joining Avid as Rogue. At the end of tier I reuested to be demoted as my girlfriend was diagnosed with cancer. Shortly after her passing, I came back playing in a few casual guilds that would break up or lose members until they couldn't mythic raid, until eventually joining my friend from Midnight Sanctuary in DNOgaming. Took a break halfway through FA progression, for several reasons, including raiding atmosphere, high turnover of roster, toxicity of the environment, and having surgery. Recently rejoined as my friend DNOgaming joined Same requested me to come back as Same were short healers and they had offered me trial before. I explained that I was behind in gear and they requested me to come back anyway, asking me to play shaman. As my ilvl was 910. they asked me to play one of my characters I played in DNO resulting in me playing my monk who was behind in gear just not as far behind. They now have decided to extend from last Tuesday until FA and KJ are dead, removing all farm from the schedule.
What was your favorite raiding experience? What did you learn? My favorite raiding experience was Yogg 0 progression. This fight required so much coordination and execution in order to be able to defeat the encounter. As being one of my first raiding tier to take serious, it really taught me the importance of communication, awareness, and the willingness to improve in a raiding environment.

More about you

What motivates you to raid in a mythic progression guild? What drives you to keep raiding? What drives you to be the best player you can be? My motivation during a mythic raid is overcoming the challenge of the encounter, the satisfaction of defeating the encounter. Especially at high end progression, knowing that you were able to achieve before so many others. Clearing content drives me to continue raiding, as well as the growing as a team with your raid. I am always looking at logs and trying to find places of improvement, so that perhaps I could prevent a wipe or handle a mechanic better to reach the end goal of killing the boss.
What would you consider to be your best and worst qualities? Try not to mention things already in this application: Well one of my best qualities can also be my worst as well, which is analyzing my play and performance. It allows be to improve and become better at encounters and at my class mechanics. But on the other side of the coin, I always can be harsh on myself especially if I make the same mistake more than once and occasionally can lead to me tilting.I would also say another one of my best traits is being a team player, my may concern is the ability to progress through an encounter, meaning if my numbers need to slightly drop to do a mechanic, by all means I'm going to do the mechanic. Also means typically I don't request things such as wisdom or innervates unless its necessary to kill the encounter, for me the time to parse is once the tiers progression is over. I am also capable of playing multiple healing classes when needed and requested.
How much time do you put into the game outside of raiding and how do you feel about Mythic+ dungeons? Outside of the raiding I tend to put in a lot of time especially this expansion farming leggos, doing WQ for AP, and farming Mythic +. As far as Mythic + dungeons, I tend to make sure I have my 10/15 done and then have a group of friends that we use to push keys. We are currently starting to push keys again, as during progression, a few of the members of our team had very little time to push (hard to due when you raid 50 hours). I also generally attempt to help guildees get their weekly done if needed.

Do you have any questions or final comments for us? I know I'm slightly behind in gear but beleive I can truly be an assets in the long term. Looking for a guild not only to finish ToS where I ended prior to my break but to push with for next tier, so really looking for something stable and constantly looking to improve and push higher.

Thank you for taking the time to apply to our guild. I am going to be adding you to talk about a few things before we make a final decision on this application.
