How did you hear about teamLUST, and what made you consider applying? MMO Champion Guild Recruitment Forums

Will you be able to maintain 90% attendance? Yes

What, if any, conflicts do you anticipate with this schedule? No

Describe your overall guild history from what you remember, starting when you began raiding. What experiences did you enjoy? Why did you leave or why were you removed from previous guilds? What did you learn? Be honest: Let's see. I started in Vanilla with Templar Knights on mug'thol server. I main tanked Molten Core and during BC, I transitioned into healing. Being in the Air Force at the time, I was constantly being deployed so I gave the game up until about a year left of WoD. I mained a warlorck in WoD with a casual guild named Primal Fear and then transitioned into my druid as the exp was coming to an end. Primal Fear was too casual so I created my own guild and was very successful in it, earning AOTC mythic for EN, than going 10/10H in NH and then we hit a roster boss. I decided to transfer over to Storm on Sargeras where I still played balance druid. They main tank quit so they ask me to go guardian and that's that. That guild was very toxic so I made the command decision to leave it before it got worse. I now play with some friends in a guild called Elevator Boss but I want/need something more.

More about you

What motivates you to raid in a mythic progression guild such as ours? In what way do you picture yourself standing out from other applicants? Why should we want you in our raid? Downing content and striving to be the best is what motivates me. I always try to be the best I can in anything I do and WoW isn't any different. I'm a down to earth guy that is very helpful and I analyze my gameplay very harshly and always striving to be better. I'll always have 100% attendance, I'm online 14 hours a day to help with anything I can. I bring a lot of life experiences with me. Very fun to talk to and just all around helpful. I take 100% responsibility if I screw up and I learn from my mistakes when I make them. I say that because I'm not perfect and I do make mistakes but I usually only make them once.

What would you consider to be your best and worst qualities? Try not to mention things already in this application: I think my best qualities is my personality and my leadership skills. Being in the military, you are taught in order to be a good leader you must be a good follower and that's what I do. My worst qualities is my mouth. I talk a lot, I say what's on my mind. I speak up when some people want and ask the questions that people don't want to ask. I'm blunt but I also know when enough is enough and if I have problems, I know how to use tact and speak to the appropriate people.

Do you have any questions or final comments for us? I do want to note that the logs I posted are just from the last 2-3 weeks. They aren't all of my logs because my previous guild Storm kept private logs because of poaching issues on Sargeras. To back up my claim, it says it on their website and if you type it in on Warcraft logs, nothing will pop up for that guild. I hope to hear from you guys soon. Take care and Thanks for reading the application.
